Salsa Recipe

As I was looking for a fresh salsa recipe, I came across a Food network recipe and apparently, Kathryn Gray was convinced hers was much better. I tend to agree, fresh tomatoes would taste better, especially if they were from your own garden! The tomatoes in my garden are not ripe yet, but the cilantro is growing, and smells so good.

As soon as the tomatoes are ready, I will have a picture of the salsa and an update on how it tastes. If you make it before I do, please share in the comment sections.

So here is her recipe:

EZ Salsa on the Fly:

12 Roma tomatoes - fresh (no canned anything!)

6 jalapeno's's

3 Lg cloves garlic

1 med / large onion

1 bunch cilantro

fresh lime juice

Pulse in a food processor; put in a glass jar (not plastic), chill (or not) & EAT!

Fresh & Healthy!
